Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if one of the following applies:

The file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open after download.

You accidentally purchased the wrong book and have not downloaded the file.

There is a technical issue preventing access, despite multiple download attempts.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted if:

You have downloaded the book successfully and simply changed your mind.

You are requesting a refund after 7 days from the purchase date.

You claim dissatisfaction with content after consuming the material (e.g., reading a significant portion).

You are found to be repeatedly requesting refunds on multiple purchases (abuse of policy).
Damaged or Corrupted File Handling
If you receive a damaged or corrupted file, please:
